Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jl698 reserves the right to void all pending wagers and forfeit all Bonus Fund balances. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
